Is it important enough to sustain you pass the first 2 weeks where everything might seem exciting because it's new?

Our goal was to eliminate our own housing expense (i.e. rent/mortgage) by living in a house hack to determine how sustainable the house hack approach would be for us as a couple in the longer term.

The "cash flow high" only sustains you a few years.

What about the multifamiles in Evansville, looking at a 16 unit and wondering if the market is growing and can sustain the market rents especially on newly renovated apartments although they are all 1/1.

In 2015 I think it went down apx 1% and is projected in 2017 to go down .7%  I know there's a lot of building there on the commercial corridor Scatterfield, but I don't know if this is enough to sustain the current job needs in the area

In my opinion, that requires the investors to focus on a market to get to a point where they have enough projects there to sustain a good team.
