ThanksI have been testing and utilizing LVP since it first came on market (yeah I know, I'm old) and for a million bucks i couldn't possibly recall all the brands, types and styles over the years, and with that I am not brand specific as LVP is still a rapidly developing product constantly coming out with something better and better.

I think what you're asking is will a recession occur due to the rapid rise in interest rates and if it would be best to wait and see and then buy if the prices drop significantly. $65,000 a door is still pretty good in my opinion, I imagine rents are over $650 which would be a 1% rule.
