So your competition is getting larger as a landlord.Traffic and infrastructure are starting to have issues keeping up with all of the building.

I would certainly comb through your past email/communications with the agent and report the issue to both the insurance company and insurance commission. 

This seems like a non issue.  

This way you can gain some experience and avoid any major issues that might come from a bigger rehab.
