Looking at his BP profile I see he's from Orange County California.One of my customers sent me a screenshot of an email he sent to my customer basically accusing me of being a scammer.I've never had any contact with Carlos or his company, but apparently he doesn't mind dragging my company name through the mud all the way from Orange County California.

i have a pretty ridiculous situation with 2 tenants who share a bathroom. the 2 tenants buy their own toilet paper, and have basically been messaging me, accusing each other of using their toilet paper *face palm*  as ridiculous as it sounds I'm thinking of just getting 2 separate toilet paper dispensers for the bathroom...thoughts on how to resolve this situation?

The new tenant accused me of discriminating against him somehow but I did explain that this is our new policy that we starting to apply and it does not have any personal against him.

For instance, since one level has 4 bedrooms sharing one bathroom maybe a guy would be more tolarant of sharing a bathroom with 3 other guys then 4 girls trying to share a bathroom.

Ok best of luck.... you may have to create your own bird dogs.... we recruit them you feed them you train them you give them some gas money and maybe they scare up some deals.I had 6 of those working for me pre equity skimming laws that were implemented in OR and WA.. we door knocked every NOD in our 5 county metro area here in PDX.. sent them out in teams of two boy girl.. the girls in this case were way smarter than the boys .. the boys were there mainly to keep the girl safe.
