I’ve also had a career where I support sales training programs for a ½ billion $ company, so I can see straight through the sales hype and the scam artists.

I've talked to soooo many people who I would consider otherwise intelligent that were so shell-shocked by the '08 mortgage crisis they swear they'll never put another dime into stocks, bonds, or real estate because they're all scams. 

Just from the title of the site it sounds like an attorney trying to drum up estate planning and trust work, but then it might be another scam selling you a pack of forms, sorry I know nothing about it.

The REAL 'scam' is that there IS NO GET RICH QUICK SCHEME.  

Given how poorly written it is I'm leaning toward scam, and the bank will definitely want to know about it to alert their customers. 

It is very hard to find something legit in this space due to the overwhelming amount of spam and scams geared towards what I am looking for.

Also getting the companies to pay you is rough, lots of scam companies out there that will run up your receivables and then never pay.Real money is in the "ad ons" Anything weird like tree cutting or big item removal.

(At exorbitant phone rates, jail phone calls are quite the scam.)
