Your attorney may also have case law in similar circumstances that determines if this applies to STR rental or not...I've supported many similar exercises from an Engineering perspective and the reality is the devil is always in the details.

Mike, if you are looking for ready-to-go data (for a mail merge, for example), you'll probably have to go with a list broker.The information won't be as current as directly from the cities & towns, but I have had mixed/little success with the cities and towns in RI I've asked for data.None will give you just the information you're looking for (people who have owned for X years, or non owner occupied residential), and even just getting a whole dump is an exercise in frustration.Most cities or towns will look at you like you have 3 heads and then quizzically say they don't provide something like that.

There is no standing for being 60 days delinquent and being able to exercise any type of foreclosure action.There are many other points I can pick on listed on their site but that is a waste of my time.From my vantage point, these folks do not have much of a clue of what they are talking about.
