The section 8 inspections are not that strenuous, they typically will ding you for stuff like dirty air vents or screen Windows to have holes in them or a dirty oven.

The thing is his home is the oddball around, and the homes behind have 4 bd - 3 bath or 4-4 1900-2800 sqft.. ... his home is older but its decent and the inside and kitchen wont need much work at all.. inclding floors are nice.. ..but doesn't even have central air, and is only a 2 bath, 3 bed with a 997 sq ft. ... how much would it most likely cost to build 2 bedrooms and 2 extra bathrooms..
