@Brian Keyser I use “Creamy” by Sherwin Williams with white trim.

Paint every wall off white and have new white trim installed.

We  mow and trim the back yards between tenants.  

The home is in pretty good shape- just tons of crazy wall paper, pink trim, and bright red carpet.

All we needed to do was clean up the yard and trim bushes.

I love doing the physical work (kitchens, trim, flooring, etc), but I simply can't manage any more.  

Does it fit under the molding to hide the edge, and did you have to remove the trim to install it?
