In addition to @Theresa Harris, if they haven't given keys back they are still renting the property and owe rent for as long as they have them.I would call the tenants and just have a reasonable conversation about what they need and what you need and come to some agreement.

@Jenna Harris you can have other loans in an LLC (I know a CA lender who will do them) however you may have to personally guarantee the loan to the LLC.
