I was up in Bend in late summer when I started getting serious, and found an agent who I really like (Sarah Brown), and my partner (love interest, not business) and I will shoot up there in mid-April, to hopefully pull the trigger on a property.

@Steven Brown I actually found exactly what I was looking for with further research last night.

Nicotine, on the other hand, sticks to it very easily.It took two solid weeks to wash the streaks of brown nicotine on those pink walls and ceilings as clean as possible, and I puked from the nicotine stench more than once (and I smoked at the time).
