I am building great homes that are selling for 350k a pop.. in SF or LA they would be 3 to 4 X that amount and I build for about 80 a foot FYI not including permits. and these are not stripped down TExas starters or GA starter these are nice homes.

What i do not like about Realeflow has been mentioned by other users, it nice but it slow to move around, you have to go in an manually delete alot of content to keep the system clean, and moving between the different systems/tabs/features will NOT be fun for someone who likes to work very fast, IMHO its a decent "starter CRM".

For every unscruplious contractor out there there is an unscruplious customer .I don't know whats wrong with handing out cards in walmart - He might be a starter with no marketing money , and willing to pass on the savings to his customer .

If you don't have enough equity in your property it is a non-starter deal.Another problem is while the ADU has value you lose value in the original home because the yard is less desirable to a renter, and for an appraisal.From an income point of view it is a great idea.
