There are many groups on Facebook that you can reach out to the admin and present your properties with permission. 

I think you'd need to contact HUD and your city council about getting permission to build or buy another one.  

there are some municipalities that will issue permits for the signs, so maybe you could get permission to use them.

Anything longer than that needs my permission.

We live in a gated community and chose to get permission from our small HOA To install our panels.

Now they left the keys on the kitchen counter (I saw them when I entered with proper notice and their permission to show the house to a prospective tenant) but they are not responding to my email communication to confirm that they officially turn over possession of the house to me, the owner.

Perhaps I can get permission to speak with these folks and open up that communication channel that served you.
