You could always try to AirBnB just your bedroom maybe a couple of nights  week and go home for home cooked meals on the weekends....or if you buy in the right area put a travel home in the drive or in the back yard and sleep there if you rent your bedroom, or if there is some other kind of room you could use, like a big laundry room or storage area.Sounds like you are on the right track.

I've also seen entire lines of improvements encroaching in a daisy chain because a marker on the ground was mis-identified.Lastly, while I may be giving your loan underwriter too much credit, is it possible the underwriting objection is the existing loan on the neighbor's property?

A few months after closing they were served with a notice of foreclosure by a lender.Since there's only 20 days from service to file responsive pleadings, I quickly read the policy and the complaint, reviewed the chain of title and spoke with the closing agent who needed some time to retrieve the file and send it to me.

This is a perfect example of why owners title insurance exists.If you truly think the mortgage is open and unpaid because of the nature of the transfers in the chain, don't touch the deal.

They will lock it up, misrepresent to newer investors the ARV and hopefully get a deal done, but it is more about throwing deals against the wall and seeing what sticks than anything.I believe that a well put together and ethical wholesaler business can exist and that someone in that position would only need 3 clients to be extremely successful.If someone in my market was able to put together a plan to provide me with consistent deals that had reasonable profit margins and understood enough about the process of flipping a home to do so, I would buy every single deal they could produce.If you are daisy chaining deals together, you're in a whole new universe of non-contribution.
