I did try Craigslist on one listing, and got a single inquiry from it, but almost all my traffic came from Facebook Marketplace and KSL.com through the Rentler lists.

Well, we got a couple of inquiries from PREI-lender wanting to lease the condo for less than 12 months, somewhere in the 4 - 6 month range.  

They will, oddly, tell you the cost per term for that billing cycle and allow you to compute your own total cost.If a utility provider flat out refuses to share info you'll need to have the authorized account holder (typically the seller) make the inquiry on your behalf and then share that info with you which is a pretty common request.

We have used the BP marketplace to market properties for sale and I am actually surprised at the number legitimate inquiries we get from BP members.

One of the complaints with homeaway is around inconsistent service from owners, and the fact that some owners don't reply quickly to questions or inquiries.

When you are at the correct price point, you will get enough inquiries.
