After reading over several company sites that are similar to ProSource Tax Liens, i.e fortune builders, tax lien association, etc.

Fortunately I live with my parents but I really want to get into real estate sometime soon. 

I have been fortunate over the last 2 months to have sold/flipp about 10 MF, 4, - 11 units. 

I was fortunate to have a good friend doing it and willing to help. 

I am fortunate to have a good retirement plan but would like some additional income streams to fund our retirement lifestyle.

Fortunately they did not make me cut open any walls to inspect wiring or ductwork. 

Fortunately bigger pockets has a wealth of information for free, weather you listen to podcasts or just read their free ebooks you can get a great start to knowing the ins and outs of real estate investing.  

We are so fortunate to live in America and have so many opportunities than the rest of the world.I think the faster you realize that your circumstance can always be worst and there is no one else to blame but yourself is when the real transformation can begin.

-Fortunately, he wants to sell to my wife and I first with the close connection but is asking a lot (since realtors have told him he can get a lot - $550-$575k for a house that many would tear down).
