Activities include hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, lifting weights, yoga, snowboarding, snowshoeing, trail running, etc.

You could leverage the home with a HELOC or cash out mortgage to grow faster but I would start off slow because there are better returns and less financial risk with owning rentals free and clear.

When they made the decision to buy, they could have afforded it easily several years prior, but they had conditioned themselves to live frugally in order to advance their investments faster.

LOL - But, there is plenty of property to go around - I'm not looking to take from anyone, just enter the market a little faster and stronger than we did in Dallas.
