To me, that is the only way how you can have a in depth understanding on the market...Drive around on a day tour or listening to someone's just do NOT cut it.....Also, I would go one step further to suggest NOT to partner with anybody until you have 10 years of RE experience.....Yes that could limit your scale, so what?

Truth is, most of the flakes get fed basic education at the seminars that does not have real depth so they inevitably fail.

Many people including myself discuss their "niche" and strategy in depth on their website.My husband is active duty military.

What I like about the MP scan is it retains some sense of depth and it auto-generates dollhouses and floorplans so the viewer can get a view the layout of the property.  

Look to your state laws in depth that need to be paid. :)

Having said that I suggest:1) Red door - its the perfect curb appeal statement feature that any homeowner understand is a quick fix if they don't like it2) Shutters - Without the shutters the facade seems to lack depth/looks odd Keep them blue, black, grayish (Neutral) 3) Siding should match the brick4) The trim is your call (Personally I would paint it the same as the shutters - Gray/Neutral)

I have an excellent in-depth contract from the old Carlton Sheets program, but you can use many purchase agreements.

Once I close I will do more in depth research to see what option makes the most sense.
