To me, that is the only way how you can have a in depth understanding on the market...Drive around on a day tour or listening to someone's just do NOT cut it.....Also, I would go one step further to suggest NOT to partner with anybody until you have 10 years of RE experience.....Yes that could limit your scale, so what?

What I like about the MP scan is it retains some sense of depth and it auto-generates dollhouses and floorplans so the viewer can get a view the layout of the property.

Having said that I suggest:1) Red door - its the perfect curb appeal statement feature that any homeowner understand is a quick fix if they don't like it2) Shutters - Without the shutters the facade seems to lack depth/looks odd Keep them blue, black, grayish (Neutral) 3) Siding should match the brick4) The trim is your call (Personally I would paint it the same as the shutters - Gray/Neutral)
