So I don’t think you will see the same level of appreciation with mobile homes as you would with brick and mortar real estate - so i would recommend buying traditional real estate.

The listing broker is going to try and sell you on paying a price that makes sense given the projected or proforma rental income, a dynamic that is the equivalent of how the listing agent on a SFR might try to sell you on paying a price that bakes in future/anticipated appreciation, or "look at this home's potential!"

Ultimately it's a matter of preference and deal dependent, and inspections are not necessary if you're confident in the price you are getting Appreciate the reply, I think I'm on the same page, not sure why did it on the last home really
