We need a place that will chill our Wyoming bones in the winter months (most likely December - March).WATER: it could be a beach house (sunsets are a favorite) but would consider lakes, canals, or other bodies of water for canoes, paddle boards, swimming, sunsets, etc.WALK: It must be good for long walks with our dogs and friends.

Nothing worse than dealing with water spraying on you unexpectedly when doing a plumbing repair, never mind contorting your body to get into hard to reach areas.I don't know how plumbers deal with that stuff on a day in-day out basis.

But in another example one of my students recently retired with significant cash assetts and he is buying a property that needs significant rehab and is flipping it to an owner occupant/rehabber and will make over 20% yield for the next 15 years.
