Landlording is strictly free time; instead of watching TV I manage my properties.Incidentally I would be wary of buying tenanted units.

When I'm relaxing, I'm probably in front of the TV, laptop on the coffee table, and totally incapable of getting anything productive done.

Those who want a big hotel room so they can sit inside and watch TV and sip on a soda in the bed can go to the damn hotel!!

Both were TV quality showpieces.

and now it's a total hail of bullets, cops grab machine guns as leap from cars, EVERYONE is watching, landlords in-laws see it on tv, tag-line is "child-hating puppy-killer".   

get a HG TV flipping show then get on the circuit and let the fulfillment companies do all the work..

Tip: don't watch TV so you don't know of all the stuff you can't live with out. 

my day job is buying extreme hoarder houses here in Oregon and demo ing them for new builds.. its simply incredible that filth some people live in.. most landlords that are beginners and were raised in what I would call a normal house in a normal state of cleanliness just cant imagine for 2 seconds the closest they come is watching the extreme hoarder TV show..  

Often lenders will take a deep discount if they think you are a huge default risk anyhow.6) Take on some side work in the gig economy: grubhub, uber, lyft, amazon, etc, etc.7) Start a side hustle (some interesting ideas in Grant's book)8) Cancel the cable TV, carefully examine ALL of your bills and make sure you're not overpaying for something.
