I would probably hedge my bets: sell the ones that you can get the most profit for, keep the ones that are in areas with more potential appreciation. 

I'm slower at a CMA than a seasoned vet, but I bet there are some long-time Realtors who have focused on buyers and never really cared to master a CMA.

It's also not easy to find some random forms online for these kinds of projects.
