I would like to figure out a way to do an automated recorded call to all of my tenants on the first of each month.Has anyone tried this?

Of course you can automate this with a few visual basic steps, but it can be done in a few seconds manually as well.

Instead of shopping or traveling on the weekends, I use that money to invest in direct mail campaigns or products to automate my business.

Also, get as much automated as possible, like paying bills, Meter readings, etc.Good luck, I took over my family's property 5 years ago(my dad is still alive) and it was nuts at first.

The update apparently is a syndication function that is automated.

A little background information on my current situation:I own a couple of other businesses which are pretty well automated at this point.

Then there are the real estate sites like Auction.com and Foreclosure.com which miss a substantial number of courthouse sales because of large scale automation misses all the anomalies of which there are plenty in this business.  

Has anyone heard this same feedback or is there a workaround to reach this level of automation?
