I have had same situation but in a triple decker in Boston.

I feel like it's a double win for me, or triple even.

I still own it, It's going well, it has more than tripled in value.

Annual clean out of an about $150.00 when scheduled, triple that if emergency.

These are folks that will run your legal bill up triple what they owe and leave the day before the sheriff comes to throw them out.

@Remington Lyman my wife deals with my tenants, they could pay me triple rent and if they talked to her like they did you you, it would be on like donkey Kong.

We owned it 10 years, did very little to it by design & the assessment had tripled by the time we sold it, for way less than the assessed value.I see in some of the southern states tax assessments are doubling & a friend in TX tells me his tax assessment has risen 200% over the last few years. 

Maybe I need to double or triple the capital before I start?

Triple net or modified gross?  

I am worried about moving from a $500/mo trailer to something triple that.
