(Flip house I bought last year in nearby town I was sure I had time to work on)  Go to nearby town and trim in windows I installed this summer, paint trim if weather allows (probably not) winterize house for winter.3.

We hired out adding a bathroom, remodeling an existing bathroom, and exterior paint, then rewired the entire house, did a new kitchen, appliances, entryway (rotted out), tile, trim-work, laundry room, opened the floorplan, and painted ourselves.

Found the wood in the trim/moulding section in Lowes and it wasn't visible to the casual viewer unless they got down and looked up under the counter overhang.Next I tackled a really bad caulk job behind the sink and there I found evidence of dry rot that the caulk was covering.
