Put it wall to wall throughout the entire unit, except maybe the bathroom.I used to manage an old apartment building that was bare bones - a good price in a good neighborhood, clean, well-maintained (great manager ha ha), but mostly really tiny studios, no washer/dryers even in the building at all, showers only, no disposal - you get the picture. 

The first one was on the Canadian border in WA in a tiny town that was struggling and in the boonies, basically, and a 45 minute drive to my job in perfect weather in Bellingham, WA. 

However in two with tiny counters we kept the laminate and the tenants don't seem to mind.

She's charging $600/week for a Tiny Home (480 s.f.) 

But there are cosmetic issues in the house, like small crack on a window, tiny stain on carpet, and so on.

But Magic Valley is mostly miles & miles of farm land, with mostly tiny towns in this farmland.

Tiny nail holes should not be an issue.  

It would be easier to find roommates as tenants.And by the way, I bet you could get a full kitchen in the tiny studio.  

The neighbor across the street has a teeny-tiny dog and it's totally untrained and obnoxious.  

Just one tiny example - the undergrads I had to kick out for noise and partying, had a party one night and someone stood on the toilet and attempted to pee out the window above the toilet - through the window screen.
