The next person that listed their model match in the same area right after we sold, sold for 160k less than us (if that was us we would have lost all our equity and would have had to short sale it).

If you're seeing websites with super old deals on them, that just means that person it not being active in taking them down. 

Most were my clients, and some were personal purchases.

Personally, I invest in SoIN (New Albany, Jeff, etc) and have done really well with my LTRs there.

They are not going to feel comfortable if you are going into "their space" while they're there.

Hi Andrina, I personally love Columbus Ohio and as someone who works with a lot of out of state investors - there's so many catalysts for why you should invest here.

Maybe you can appeal to a city council person and see if they might sponsor increasing the number of licenses based on increases in new housing etc.
