Because Cleveland offers free representation to tenants being evicted I provide the tenant with the number for free legal council (saves one continuance) and leave them  a package with the 3 day notice for their legal aid society lawyer documenting the lease violations I will present in court.

Hey Joel, I would try a private local bank, they might  have options to combine your properties into a package loan.

@Rajesh Mittal You might have a commercial mortgage if you packaged the condos together especially if you got a loan from a local community bank.

I'm unsure if there would be a better rate on that, but we've found it's much easier dealing with our branch agent because he's way more open to putting different packages together with us.

This is where you need both an efficient/effective lender as well as an experienced/effective loan officer to put your package together so that it passes underwriting in the first shot.
