Fannie and Freddie will not originate loans into an LLC, last I checked, so you will be on the commercial side of any bank you work with.  

I started looking at property areas long before selling and then went out more aggressively when the relinquished went under contract.The exchange company I used was @Dave Foster (The 1031x Investor and Exchange Resource Group) and the title company for both relinquished and replacement was @Tom Gimer of Eastern Title & Settlement.

I've been operating a Turo biz under an LLC for the last 2 years and have recently decided to cease operations (For those not familiar with Turo, think of it as the Airbnb of car rentals).I was wondering if it is possible to begin operating my real estate biz under this existing LLC?

I've had a conundrum the last few years since I bought my first primary residence, I was lucky to get a good interest rate <5% When I purchased this property I was very green and new to real estate but I had heard or seen somewhere on some financial blog or podcast that if you pay an extra $100/mo toward your mortgage in many cases you can accelerate your payoff date 5+ years.

@Maria Murphy yes correct, simply paying the debt in the owner's name to hacienda (tax office)/government first as part of the purchase at the notary and everything left to the seller.Valencia has worked quite well for us the last years and compared to Barcelona/Madrid the m2 prices are a lot lower.

I am embarrassed to say that I have been a free member for a very long time, and stuck in analysis paralysis for way too long.

I am looking for buy-and-hold long-term rentals that require only minor fixup, if any.
