The Zestimate shows a strong upward trend for home prices.I told my real estate friend I’d like to invest and he said we should hop on it fast since home prices are going up so fast to ride the appreciation which is about 2.7% each year according to Zillow.There’s a really great townhome in an awesome location that’s 4B/4bath going for about $230, which if my wife and I were to move into now we could use an FHA and our total would be about $10K.

Also, I live in Rutherford so Hoboken is like a 20 min train ride for me so we can meet anywhere you'd want

I am going to drive for a popular company , and in the meantime while I am driving around learning neighborhoods, I will be making money through giving rides, and D4$ at the same time.

Looks like we are set for a roller coaster ride!

A lot was riding on the refinance part of this as we were attempting our first BRRRR. 

There are boat rides off the dock through canals, almost weekly festivals, biker events, art shows, etc: Downtown Mt.

Anyway, it was fun and I enjoy the ride.

They have two months left on lease, decided to tell them they can ride the lease out so they have time to find new place to go and not lose assistance but I only did this hoping they will not trash the place before leaving since I’m creating a beneficial scenario for them and myself.
