Don't let price or credit stop you from pursuing your dream.

It had always been a dream to take on a historic warehouse type of structure and convert it to a modern living residence.

Maybe some of you knows what I'm talking about.However, recently I started reading and reading, attending webinars, watching videos and TV programs and just can't stop thinking about it from the moment I wake up and till I fall asleep (actually it's not true… I realized I'm dreaming about it too).So, after all of this I decided to stop dreaming and start DOING!

First...we love doing it....I love walking into a shambles of a home and "seeing" it complete...project manage the hell out of it...manage the accounting...create the dream for the next buyer and move on! 

In this case we have to move out to no where so we can rent it out, would be easy in years prior but not with to Small kids.We don’t want to give up on this dream and aren’t giving up.

I would be interested if anyone has seen anything like this or has thoughts of why its a bad idea, or things to think about as I day dream.

I dream of having sexier investments like vacation rentals so I can have a place to spend time and also my friends and family have a place too, but kind of have a feeling it might not be enough income (although I am redefining what is “enough” so that I can have more free time).

I'm currently a graduate student sheckled in debt with a few dollars and a dream to begin investing in real estate.
