I do know about the digital thermostats that allow you to set minimums where they cannot go any cooler but then how do I make sure they are actually getting the oil in the tank so that heat is running?

I invested in a second property two years ago and making double digit ROI. 

However, there are unique penthouses, gardens, and villas with distinctive designs that are generating double-digit returns.

As you may recall from a posting I did a month or two ago, I'm pretty much all-in (poker metaphor) on a local major rehab/addition bring a total dump from 950' to 1,600'.

However, when the "correction" comes, and it will because it always does and we are close to the end of our UP CYCLE, property values could (and probably will) drop double digit percentages.

Try to market and target as many groups as possible - travel nurses, people relocating to the area, digital nomads, insurance placements, etc.
