My wife & I are looking for a new CPA / Tax Strategist in Las Vegas as we start our Real Estate investment journey.

However, we're also looking at maybe buying a place just to have for us when we visit the US.If we buy a place just to keep for our stays, then we're looking in the Las Vegas area, either very close to the strip or a bit further out in Green Valley - not sure which way to go yet.

I'm currently located in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia with intentions of relocating to Las Vegas in 3 years but I'm unsure about what market I want to purchase in. 

This is like a real life version of Leaving Las Vegas.
