I don’t really find it to be an issue of morality because you aren’t tricking anyone into living there and some people may feel the headache is worth it...but yes, higher cash flow usually comes with bigger risk.  

A flip could be an eventual means to that end, who knows.Back to my original request - how are your partnerships structured? 

This may or may not be an issue - some are fine with this. 

The fact they are complaining online might be an indication the property manager dealt with them properly so be sure to ask the manager for their side of the story.I hope this basic guide helps.

I believe I read that if your insurance disallows certain breeds that are considered to be aggressive  (like mine does), it can be an undue hardship on the landlord, and you may need the tenant to take out an insurance policy to shield you, the landlord, from any liability if there was an incident, you should probably check with a lawyer as well.
