Hi,I’m a Red Raider alumni looking to get into rental property investing in Lubbock, TX.

I had a dark red once and covered it in a single coat with a paint that was made to block the previous colour.You aren't living in the house, but need it to appeal to people. 

& really on the contract between the sellers & I is where I need info.Basically bellow is the contract I have made up so far, I put it in bold to make it different from the post.Purchase agreement for address.The property is sold in “as is” condition with work needed for the total sum of $20,000, To the party of (my name) or associated company.

According to Yahoo Finance, "the Yield Curve flashes "RED" today for the first time since 2005....

If you are bold enough to share your address I am sure people would be willing to give their opinions.

If you are selling a home with say aluminum wiring, or transite ducting, or some other big red flag.....they should be vetting these issues with the buyers agents/buyers before an offer is accepted to make sure they are not going to be an issue after you go under contract.

Obviously wholesaling is a bit more difficult to execute due to all the red tape to get through as a newbie investor, but I would love to know your thoughts on the possibility, as well as anyone you might know that could be a partner in that sort of endeavor.

It seriously messed up my credit for quite some time.  7 years is a long time to have that big red X on your credit.Find out what it is he is looking for.  

What does not sell in December typically expires, which makes Q1 often the hardest time to buy, followed by next years spring market.Here is the July data for the Greater Milwaukee Metro Area (I have included the suburbs which are technically outside of Milwaukee County):Below is Milwaukee County: To understand the difference this heat map is helpful - blue shows increases in value in %, red show decreases.The map shows very well how the differences of various neighborhoods in Milwaukee. 

A good percentage of those orange and red areas are actually good rental areas.
