They would not apply for mortgage for a lot.But they would apply for short term luxury apartment with short term lease.They would look for good nice chic SFR in Class A/B and/or luxury MF in Class A.

I appreciate the feedback I think the main issue is many dont do this with bad intent.. they just dont realize that stuff can happen and they dont have a legit plan B and they find themselves in a bunch of trouble.
