More adults that live in Las Vegas were born in California than Nevada.

All my adult life I have only owned 5 vehicles.

My sister and brother in law has 2 grown recently graduated adults at home.

Are all adults currently living in the unit on the lease or are people living there that are not? 

They were all watching out for me, provided the proof of dogs at the property, extra occupants etc (It was our understanding and per the lease there would only be 3 adults over 18 living in the house plus a 7 or 8 yo boy - at one time for about 2 mos there were around 7 adults and 5-7 children 12 and under living in the home and it took pressure on him to get them out - evicting for extra occupants and unauth'd dogs is tough in KS - so I had to wait just a bit longer for non payment of rent when he felt it was more important to spend money getting a $20-$30k plus cadillac back that was repossessed while I was at the  house repossessing my $1k plus gas grille I left for them. 

Suppose that Sarah and John both enter their adult lives making the same income, and work at the same job, right across from one another. 

Homeownership for young adults has been declining for decades, to around 35%.

Just as a toddler can't pull everything he likes from a store shelf, adults have laws for the good of society. 

For me, I have access to a few hundred dental students I can rent to who are academically elite, responsible young adults.  

After 40 years it was way to cluttered to sell, plus 4 adults and grandkids in a 3 bedroom 1 bath house, 900 square feet, it was fully packed.So, long story, but a problem with long term tenants is they don't always leave willingly, even with months of notice.
