One of the BP Podcasts Brandon Turner talked about getting on a conference call with an attorney to walkthrough the whole situation along with the other partners to make them all think outside the box.

I just stumbled upon them today at a conference I attended.

(this is a MUST) In any market - as long as they agree with the underwriting and have confidence in your leadership.

Why do our renovation expenses seem to be so much more expensive than investors I hear on BP podcasts or at conferences, etc.?
