"I wanted to rent that place really bad, it had everything we wanted, bed bedrooms, beautiful deck, close to work, the price was right, but you know there was something they were trying to hide about those toilets,  all the lids were down, and I wasn't sure if there were stains in the toilets, that place was perfect too.

@Ben LengerAs someone who has a few "older" (Second Empire, Victorian, Edwardian) properties, I assure you there are more than the "little things" hiding behind those walls.The good news is the original house is too old for asbestos to be a big concern ... unless there were renovations in the 1920s - 1940s.
