The tiny cape (a 2/1) behind my home sold for $260k cash this spring and couldn't rent for more than $1,500.

I have heard of some people renting a tiny tiny tiny studio for $500 up in that area, so price wise I'd say you're good espically if there is parking.

Just had my entire HVAC replaced with "oversized" Bryant unit and new ducts in my own home in CA....all for $6500....and my house is 2500 sq ft.....My Texas house needed a new HVAC when I bough it, and that cost my $7000, and that's 2200 sq ft....You place is tiny...... that price is WAY high.....

It all began with a net worth of -$75,623 (student loans, consumer debt, tiny 401k).  

I even heard recently that a "tiny-home" community was being planned for the area to alleviate the lack of housing available now that the block ghetto-like neighborhoods are gone, which would certainly be an improvement over what was there.  

Tiny homes will boom and the coronavirus will fade out of existence. 500 years later, people will start moving back into urban environments and give birth to a new pandemic, the ModeloVirus. 

I also chose to buy the tiny studio because the cost to own was significantly less than renting. 

He does all the legal filings for the LLC coordinates the tax return and K1s for the LLC, pays all the tiny amount of bills for the LLC and acts as the broker as well.

Many BP gurus are aghast at even tiny, temporary negative cash flows. 

Seems like your worrying about something very tiny.
