As I understood it then, series LLCs are not legally used in each state but you can incorporate your LLC in a state where series LLCs are permitted... allowing you to use it even if you are not living in said state that permits them.

I thought that maybe i should purchase the home as an investment property, lease it back to them for two years and then sell it to them once they are financeable on their own, but am not sure how i would incorporate their down payment into the transaction.
