This would really be invaluable...not substituting my attorney, but she is $300 an hour and bills at an hour minimum for work...I wouldn't have a problem paying $9/mo. in addition to my PRO membership to have an expert help out with some technical questions...Cheers!

It is worth paying the membership just for that alone.As for the laws/regulations, each state is different but there should be some info available on your state government website or the housing authority there.

YUP  pro membership and networking are second to none ... especially if your a big mouth like me.

We are comfortable right now with our membership level because it gains us access to the basic education, forms/paperwork for SF, vendor lists, discounts, monthly training and events.  

I recently signed up for his "Your First Deal - Lifetime Membership - $100.00 - Lifetime access to the First Deal Members Area, Private Facebook Group, and Bonuses". 

Any event after that requires a membership to DIG.

Good morning,When wholesaling a REO property, can I assign my  membership rights of a Delaware LLC that includes a Maryland property or do I need to have a LLC created in the same state as the property is located?

It's free and there is no membership.

Better yet is there a beginners pro membership guide that can explain all this for me?
