this is local/utility companies.here (Chicago) i pay for water/sewer and garbage (new tax added to water bill)power and gas is on tenant.

i doubt that any videos would be geared specifically toward women though... if you want to know how to change a garbage disposal, just look up "changing a disposal". not "show women how to change a disposal".hope i helped at least a little.

More important than say; a garbage disposal.

When I remodel a kitchen, I always install a dishwasher (if there's room) because it's about the same price as a cabinet and is nice feature for rent or sale.I've written in another thread about stuff I eliminate, like garbage disposals, ceiling fans, and other stuff that breaks down.

Way better than using that DIF garbage or any of those paper monkey tools.
