@Matthew RenselWould be helpful if you summarize the coverage you haveOtherwise: Construction policies, cleanup, deductible levels, definitely get the income loss, D&O, make sure you have a business travel or commute coverage - you send someone for a bucket of paint and they get in a wreck, your regular policy might not cover.

Another major problem I have had personally in the past in apartment communities is the dogs were always taken out in the common areas to relieve themselves and the owners (my renters) would not take the time to clean up after them then the tenants without the dogs would come along and have to deal with dog **** all over the yard and you can imagine that is not pleasant.

If someone isn't a pro and has lots of items in incorrect categories, or the books need a few hours of clean up work...that's going to bump your bill to higher than if you didn't have QB at all.
