So I think you need to figure out also how to bridge that gap.Another idea is to find out where there are long term care patients that need to be near a hospital, like transplant patients or cancer treatment patients.

I like commercial bridge loans.  6% and up, depending on project.  1 - 2 years each.

Hi @Satya PatilI'm a civil and do a lot on bridge construction - very familiar with falsework and steel piers.House jacking is pretty affordable, but their is know way of know if your quote is reasonable without looking at the situation.
