I think that it depends on if the court will honor it or even see the case until the dust settles.

Several have approached me last week in this sector.It is going to take another couple of weeks or so to see things for investors back to a "new" normal.

Also they see the houses/apartment as hard to sell now,  risk of getting rent, but taxes and insurance and some utilities still due and payable.In the end it all about what risk a person is willing to take and for what benefit. 

This will allow you to give interested buyers a good view of things and limit the number of people actually going to see the property.

Many of the investors I work with are out of town or out of state and never see the properties they purchase. 

9% just sounds like a ton of money right off the top, and I'm struggling to see the value there.Please give me some perspective here.
