Hey Joseph, this is a tall order.The folks that have these contacts (like myself) guard them pretty heavily and also keep their contractors busy.It's not a selfish thing, it's just business.

I've doing business in the islands for about 12 years but almost all flips via private lending or owner/creative financing.

155 farmland acres + renovated farmhouse + a startup cannabis business, in excellent Maryland location.

But I don't wanna be a child she's having to explain every slight detail I want to be able to have an educated discussion with her regarding my investments and business because with that much property I am assuming I am going to have to incorporate maybe even hire somebody.

The biggest issue for Worcester is the commercial tax rat at over $30/$1000 which discourages businesses from the city. 

I have recently retired from the Air Force and have started into the world of business.  

Can I use a regular email address for my business LLC?

You can never know 100% but if you see businesses, company offices, increasing traffic, proximity to a desirable neighborhood or area (beach, downtown, etc), odds are it will help.

@Steve Cheslock I wonder how you check if a market is already saturated regarding wine storage business?
