I initially like #2 the best, but the size threw me back...I am sure I can decrease the size of the graphic to make it look better, though.I like the gear aspect of the light bulb logo, but not so much the light bulb in it.

I would rather take the cash now and invest it for 20%+ than wait, even if I'm not taxed...The return will trump the tax free benefit.For these reason, while I was in corporate and put the absolute minimum in my 401k and invested as much as possible in real estate.

@Kim R.I will have them do a paper application, and the background check online info is separate.Typically information you need on an application is more extensive then the info required on an online background check, which typically you only need SSN, DOB, name, and 1 or 2 former addresses I think that's all.In my application I would need to know how many vehicles, each vehicle's license plate number, how many pets - breed/weight/markings/age, who is their emergency contact, etc etc etc...and then I incorporate the completed application form as a component of the lease.
