That’s the DREAM!!!

Our dream is to become full time real estate investors.

If the audience sees themselves as not being able to provide such a legacy for their children, they may dream of it.

Are pocket deals something a small investor like me can possibly hope to acquire or is that a pipe dream?

If you want a home to live in, with interest rates being so insanely low I would recommend buying your dream home within your prequalification budget and skipping the brain damage of finding a great estate deal and renovating it while you live there.

I have always dreamed of owning real estate but for some reason was content with machining for far too long.

It is a pleasure to be a part of this forum with all you who share the same passion for making plays and helping others fulfill their dreams. 

We are ok to holding off on our dream home and will work hard to get some investment properties in place first.... what would you advise us to do - buy a smaller 3 bdrm & 2 bath (we would like ranch style) and get another similar one to invest?

My plan since I want to learn more about the joys of dealing with city planning is to sell the dream.
