I do sales for a different industry and our leads have 1-3 numbers MAX so I'm not used to seeing 5-6 numbers per lead and majority of them being wrong.I think I may just have to clean up the lists (only call the first 1-3 numbers) and remove the last 2.

Here are some tips:- establish a solid plan with clear objectives and measurable success- work in small, weekly project sprints that make data collection, clean up, and enrichment manageable and less daunting- have a daily huddle (10-15 min meeting) to track progress and handle issues/questions

Short term rental is higher profit, but higher upkeep / attentionLong term is lower profit, but lower upkeep / attentionMid term doesn't provide higher profit or lower the upkeep, tenants will "move in", but not really, so you have to clean up more sustained messes and deal with more problems, but you don't get any reward for it.

There are whole areas full of homeless workers, wait staff, janitors, grocery clerks, and the like who are suffering because of vacation rentals and I will do everything I can to ban those demons however the city counsel told me that evil Air bnb paid off our state governor to tie the hands of cities who want them banned, so again it's profit and corruption over the basic needs of the very people who clean up after you and serve you.

Take that times so many months that they can string out getting free rent and not having to pay moving deposit and first and last and security deposit at the new place and even with 6,000 they might come out way better stringing this thing out for awhile.So I am not surprised in the least they didn't take the 6,000.Will did you say the place had to be left in "broom swept condition" to get the 6,000 or if they got out and just took what they needed you would clean up the trash??
