Anyone have a good suggestions for rental management software based on price, features, automation abilities, etc?

As a part time agent, I want to be sure i take advantage of time and energy while utilizing many automation programs to stay ahead of the curve. 

The good thing with few pm software you can customize the reports to get the data.So start with a list of what you are missing first, then your needs such as reports and the automated functionality.

I honestly think overtime maybe within 15 years agents job duties will be over 70% automated.

Get the process worked out on a small scale.Once you have grown to the point where the "paper" system is too small to work, then transfer the "paper" system to automation (computer) then from there scale it up, and change as necessary. 

I'm also aware that most people and accountants prefer the desktop version (which is very different).The reason I like QBO is simply this - payments automation. 

Several management companies are able to automate specific reports and will work with you on what you'd like to see and how often you'd like them to send this data, other companies may have an online portal designed for investors so you have all of that information at the tip of your fingers at all times.5.

I just completed a non-performing note sale and the process is automated.
